Consultations over email are my specialty. I’ll happily meet up or chat on the phone but over email you can go back and forth with ideas, pictures, leaving time to mull over options in between replies.
For this bride it was all over email and we went back and forth several times to find the exact colour / flower combination she was after. One of the flowers she was in love with wasn’t technically in season, but on happy chance my flower wholesaler mentioned he had a grower providing hot house year round Dahlia’s.
I have mentioned before in a previous post, Chilled Out bride, how much I love Dahlia’s and how they are a perfect bloom for the budget conscious bride. So finding out I could get them locally grown all year round was epic…. Dahlia’s for days.
Colour Palette: Pinks, Burgundy and silver tones.
The colour combo for this wedding was perfect for the July weather. Soft and luxurious, pinks, burgundy and silver tones. The extra textural elements of the astible and pivet berry helped bring interest and depth to the bouquets. I’m lucking enough to have a large pivet berry tree in my neighbors yard which conveniently hangs over my fence.

Bouquet Ingredients:
Pink Cluster Roses
White Roses
Burgundy Dahlia’s
Golden Astibe
Black Pivet Berry
Silver Dusty Miller

Long Distance Romance: Australia and USA
I wasn’t aware until I made the delivery that the Groom and his family had flown in from overseas. It was a very long distance romance for the couple. Flying family and friends in from USA for a wedding definitely adds up the costs.
All of my quotations include delivery, for Melbourne couples there is no extra delivery charge as I personally deliver each wedding. For couples getting married in the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, The Dandenongs, Daylesford regions of Victoria I have an additional $50 delivery fee.

The highlight of this wedding was the Groom’s mum wanting a photo of me, with her son and the flowers. Her happiness was bursting at the seams and such a delight. I wish my couple a very happy ever after on the same continent wherever that maybe.

At ADM Flowers I specialise in helping Melbourne budget conscious wedding couples get beautiful wedding flowers within their price range. I don’t require a minimum booking time, my packages include delivery in the Melbourne metro region and my deposit is $50.00.
